One of Grant's favorite things when visiting the Kaempfer grandparents in Wisconsin is Bay Beach. This is a publicly run facility that aims to provide a fun safe place for family to have a great time. The ride are a quarter a piece so you can spend several hours on about 10 bucks!
They have all sorts of rides for the young and young at heart to enjoy! Here are a few of Grant's favorites.
First off we have the motorboats!
Then we have the ladybugs (these were Heidi's favorite when she was little).
Grant was pretty fond of them too. Check out the crowd on the fence... ;)
Next was the two seater airplane. They did not have this one here when Heidi and I were growing up. Grant had no idea what to do with the gun in front of him (actually makes an annoying beeping noise when the trigger is pulled) He obviously needed Calvin there to show him the ropes! (wink, wink that one is just for Dave)
Hmmm what next?? How about the helicopters with Grandma! Here we go!
